Duettino is a dual cooking oven designed for cooking both with naked flames and on bricks. Moreover, the ventilation system warms the house.

Duettino, the dual oven: cook your dishes in several ways, and warm your home in the process. Duettino is the dual cooking oven for indoor use that also warms the environment. This dual oven cooks pizzas, flat bread and mixed grills of any kind on naked flames, and roasts, flans, vegetables, potatoes, bread and cakes on bricks. This is achieved with two cooking chambers that maintain different temperatures. Moreover, the ventilation system spreads the warmth of the dual oven in the surrounding environment.

Features

The first cooking chamber is called FIAMMA OVEN. The naked flames generate heat for cooking by irradiation. The cooking surface is made of a double layer of refractory tiles. The overall 6 cm thickness ensures long-lasting heat. The stainless steel dome is studied for the oven to rapidly reach operating temperature. The glass ceramic door that is resistant to high temperatures is fitted with wooden handles and a knob to adjust the draught. Recommended to bake pizzas, flat bread and mixed grills of any sort.

The second cooking chamber is called MATTONE OVEN. It quickly cooks and warms foods at constant temperature without altering flavours. The cooking surface is made of a triple layer of refractory tiles. Each is 9 cm thick. The refractory tiles store heat and gradually convey it to the dishes. The stainless steel dome is studied to rapidly reach the right cooking temperature. The glass ceramic door allows to keep an eye on the progress of dishes. The sliding and removable stainless steel floor makes it easy to place dishes in the oven. Recommended for baking roasts, flans, vegetables, potatoes, bread and cakes in the baking tray.

VENTILATION SYSTEM. The ventilation system spreads warmth in the surrounding environment.

PYROMETER. Every cooking chamber is fitted with an internal temperature detector, a clear indicator for the cooking process.
